Caregiver/Healthcare Assistant- Home Health Care Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our dedicated care team in the home health care industry. You will play a caregiver role which is crucial in delivery of exceptional care to our patients in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure quality care carried out efficiently, effectively for the significant health outcome of the patient.

Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant/Diploma

·Non-DHA License

·Knowledge on DHA practice guidelines

·Broad knowledge of evidence-based practices

CPR certification (BLS for healthcare providers)

Home Care experience (Min.1 year) in Dubai

Requirements:

ØExperience in Elderly care and IV therapy, Urine catheter, PEG tube feeding, pregnancy & Post-Partum care.

ØExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

ØMinimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care or a related field.

ØStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills for lead conversion

ØIn-depth knowledge of home health care regulations, best practices.

ØProficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant software.

ØFlexibility to adapt to changing needs and situations.

Ø Can demonstrate the ability and fortitude to work beyond normal clinical duties

Responsibilities:

üConduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status, including physical, psychological, and social factors.

üEngage home visits for patients, ensuring adequate coverage and timely delivery of care.

üCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and Nursing supervisor to develop and modify patient care plans as necessary.

ü Care activities to be followed as Bath, feed, dressing, grooming, bed position.

üRecord Regular nursing notes (Vital signs, Input & output liquid)

üEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in home health care.

üParticipate in ongoing training of nursing staff.

üMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
