Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential issues throughout the contract lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress against contractual obligations, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budget constraints.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve disputes and clarify contract terms, promoting a collaborative working environment.
Prepare and review detailed contract documents, ensuring clarity and completeness to minimize ambiguities and potential conflicts.
Perform regular audits of contracts and project files to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement in contract management processes.
Maintain an organized database of contracts and related documentation, enabling easy retrieval for audits and reporting.
Provide training and support to project teams on contractual obligations and best practices for contract management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
Male
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 18 years of experience in contract management within the oil and gas construction sector.
Experience in Arbitration, EOT Claims, Insurance
Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles related to construction contracts and project finance.
Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successfully managing high-value contracts.
