Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the selection, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment. This role involves working on projects based on client specifications, conducting factory acceptance tests (FAT), and ensuring the smooth operation of various machinery in our Factory.

Key Responsibilities:

– Utilizing expertise to select appropriate equipment such as motors, vibration transmitters/switches, actuators, louvers and ensuring compatibility and efficiency in operations.

– Leading projects based on client specifications, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing installation and commissioning activities when necessary. This may involve visiting sites to ensure project success.

– Conducting thorough FAT at both shop and site locations, ensuring equipment meets specified requirements and quality standards before deployment.

– Overseeing the maintenance of various machinery in the shop, including Finning machine, CNC Machining Center, SAW Welding Machine, SMAW/GTAW Welding Machines, Rolling Machine, etc. This includes regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering and Instrumentation.

– 5–10 years of experience working with Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers & Fin Fan Coolers.

– Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to electrical and instrumentation engineering.

– Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Required Industry Experience

– 5–10 years of experience working with Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers & Fin Fan Coolers.
