Heavy Truck Driver (Bitumen Tanker)

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Heavy Truck Driver to join our team with minimum 5 years’ experience.

· The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of road safety regulations and experience driving large trucks to deliver goods across various locations.

· You will be responsible for transporting freight safely, maintaining the truck, and ensuring that deliveries are made on time.

Load and unload bitumen using specialized equipment, ensuring proper handling to prevent spills and product contamination.
Conduct pre-trip inspections of the tanker truck to ensure it is in optimal working condition, focusing on brakes, lights, and fluid levels.
Safely transport bitumen from production facilities to construction sites while adhering to strict road safety regulations.
Monitor and manage the temperature of bitumen during transportation to ensure product integrity and compliance with specifications.
Participate in ongoing training and safety meetings to enhance driving skills and knowledge of industry regulations.
