Warehouse Keeper

Job Description

Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods ensuring accurate inventory levels are maintained.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Utilize warehouse management software to track shipments, manage inventory flow, and update records in real-time.
Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are properly secured and labeled for transportation.
Train and supervise warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and accountability within the team.
Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect personnel and inventory from accidents and damage.
Monitor equipment and machinery, scheduling regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency to inform management decisions.

Bachelor of Business Administration

Any

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and deliver quick resolutions.
