Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Operations Supervisor to lead and drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, production, purchasing, and finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand and supply planning within the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
Operational:
· Lead & drive S&OP
· Forecast in line with sales plans, production, and inventory planning.
· Coordinate demand & supply with sales teams.
· Analyze local market demand patterns and trends.
· Implement customer-centric sales & operations planning systems.
· Develop and enforce inventory & stock policies.
· Ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, purchasing, and finance.
· Ensure RM, PM, and materials align with sales forecasts & budgets.
Managerial/Supervisory:
· Train teams on S&OP and demand planning.
· Lead and guide sales coordinators in sales forecasting.
· Work closely with department heads to streamline operations.
· Ensure compliance, integrity, and ethical work standards.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
Report on Sales Forecasts vs. Actuals and Production Plans.
