Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell a wide range of high-quality jewelry items, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and watches, to meet individual and store sales targets.
Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting jewelry that suits their preferences, offering styling advice, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the jewelry products, including details about materials, craftsmanship, and trends to guide customer decisions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through personalized service and follow-up communication.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure that jewelry displays are well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers and drive sales.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock control, receiving new inventory, and managing product displays to ensure availability and visibility of best-selling items.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the overall achievement of the showroom’s revenue goals.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to improve the overall shopping experience and report any customer concerns or suggestions to management.
Cash Handling and Transactions: Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in any sales field.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

Presentation: Well-groomed appearance, suitable for a luxury retail environment.
Sales Ability: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling objections effectively.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with point-of-sale systems, basic computer applications, and social media platforms for marketing purposes.
