Job Description
Ø Coordinate property showings, Open houses and Client meetings, handle communication with clients, agents, and vendors via phone and email.
Ø Maintain office records, files, and transaction logs.
Ø Assist in social media updates and marketing efforts for property listings.
Ø Schedule and coordinate appointments, inspections, and appraisals.
Ø Ensure compliance with real estate laws, company policies, and regulations.
Ø Provide general administrative support to the real estate team.
Ø Assist in form fillings and other administrative tasks around the office.
Requirments:
Ø Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on marketing and sales.
Ø Proficiency in posting ads and managing listings on online property portals.
Ø Strong understanding of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and procedures.
Ø Familiarity with sales documentation and contract preparation, including sales forms, MOUs, etc.
Ø Capable of managing multiple tasks
Ø Good English communication skill, smart and presentable
Ø Provides general office and operational support
