Job Description

Inspecting the vehicle before each shift, checking the fuel, oil, transmission fluid, wiper fluid, and coolant levels, and reporting any maintenance needs or repairs.

· Safely transport company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely and efficient manner.

· Assist with the secure loading, unloading, and handling of staff luggage, products, materials, medical consumables, and equipment to prevent damage or loss.

· Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion, road construction or other delays.

· Promptly reporting any traffic tickets/violations issued against the company vehicle during work hours.

· Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in authorized areas to avoid towing or fines.

· Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle by performing regular cleaning, washing, and basic maintenance tasks.

· Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s arrivals and departures.

· Reporting any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management immediately. If necessary, provide details of the accident to medical personnel or law enforcement.

· Safely transport medical waste from patient homes to designated disposal sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and following aseptic procedures for handling and containment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of waste collection containers and the vehicle to ensure safety and hygiene.
