Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage financial transactions, tax compliance, and payroll processing for our perfume company in Dubai, Deira. The ideal candidate must have experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliation, and final accounts preparation, with hands-on expertise in ERP systems (Tally or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare final accounts, financial statements, and reports for management review.
Handle invoice processing and ensure tax compliance, including VAT filing.
Oversee WPS payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Utilize ERP software (Tally or equivalent) for accounting and financial operations.
Assist in audits, financial analysis, and compliance with UAE regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the perfume or retail industry.
Proficiency in Tally ERP or other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and WPS payroll processing.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
