Job Description
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from engineering drawings to verify subcontractor invoices and cost claims.
· Prepare periodic cost reconciliation reports, ensuring accuracy in materials, work progress, and budget alignment.
· Assist the Subcontracts Manager in evaluating subcontractor claims, variations, and payment certifications.
· Work closely with the Site Construction team to validate actual work progress against contract quantities.
· Analyze cost deviations and provide recommendations to mitigate financial risks.
· Support dispute resolution related to quantities and cost variations.

Role Overview: Support subcontract administration by performing quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and periodic cost reconciliations while closely coordinating with both the Subcontracts and Site Construction teams.
Reporting & Collaboration: Reports to the Subcontracts Manager while working in close coordination with the Site Construction team to ensure alignment between commercial and execution aspects.
Required Expertise: Strong background in quantity take-offs, cost reconciliation, and subcontractor cost management, with excellent analytical skills and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor of Engineering or Quantity Surveying. 15+ Years of total experience, of which minimum of 5+ years of experience as Field QS.
