· Manage the full lifecycle of subcontract administration, including negotiation, execution, compliance, and closeout.
· Lead contract performance reviews, risk assessments, and dispute resolution strategies.
· Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, cost control measures, and change management processes.
· Oversee claims management and contract interpretation to safeguard project interests.
· Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align contractual execution with project objectives.
· Provide guidance on contractual best practices and mentor the subcontracts team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Indian
Diploma(Civil, Engineering), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(Law)
Any
Required Expertise: Exceptional command of English, deep understanding of EPC contract frameworks, and extensive experience in claims management.
Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor of Engineering or Construction. 20+ Years of total experience in contracts/subcontracts management of which a minimum of 5+ years of experience as Subcontracts Manager and 5+ years of claims management.
