Job Description

Coordinate and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery, actively following up with suppliers to resolve any delays or issues.
Review and analyze supplier performance metrics, providing insights to improve efficiency and strengthen business relationships.
Collaborate with the procurement team to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities through rigorous assessment processes.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order statuses, ensuring alignment with production schedules and project timelines.
Facilitate communication between internal departments and suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact for procurement-related inquiries.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and innovative sourcing solutions.
Assist in the negotiation process with suppliers to secure favorable terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Monitor compliance with procurement policies and procedures, proactively addressing any discrepancies or non-conformance issues.
Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Support the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements before initiating contracts.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor of Business Administration

Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles in an international company with valid experience certificates. Preferably with hands-on experience in Oil & Gas EPC international projects.
An engineer specialized in Petroleum Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, possessing a university degree or equivalent qualification. with strong technical skills/experience.Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation.
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in procurement and logistics management software.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, especially with international suppliers. Proven teamwork abilities, attention to detail, adaptability, self-motivation, integrity, honesty, and a willingness to learn new skills for career success.
Solid analytical skills.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
