Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Consultant with 6+ years of expertise in Payroll, Core HR, Absences, Approvals, and Security modules. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Fast Formulas and provide end-user support for daily operations, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. Arabic speakers are preferred, with an excellent level of English.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support Payroll, Core HR, Absences, Approvals, Benefits, Compensations, Talent Management, ORC, Goal & Performance and Security modules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM to meet business requirements.
Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absences, and other HCM processes.
Provide daily operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for end-users.
Perform system configurations, set up approvals, and manage security roles.
Work closely with HR and IT teams to enhance system functionalities and workflows.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for Oracle HCM users.
Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and recommend improvements.
Work with technical teams to integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with third-party applications (Payroll, Finance, and other HR systems).
Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
Must have at least 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 6+ years as an Oracle HCM Consultant.
Mandatory Expertise: Payroll, Core HR, Absences, Approvals, Security, Fast Formulas, and troubleshooting skills.
Plus: Experience in Goals & Performance Management and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules.
Oracle Fusion HCM Experience: Minimum 5 years working with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Technical Skills: SQL, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and end-user support abilities.
Language: Prefer Arabic speakers with an excellent level of English.
