Salary: Basic Salary + Commission

Manage Transactions:
Facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of properties.
Client Advising:
Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate Deals:
Represent clients in negotiations to secure the best terms and prices.
Marketing & Listings:
List properties, promote them through various channels, and arrange showings.
Ensure Compliance:
Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Supervise Agents:
Manage and support real estate agents (if applicable).
Build Relationships:
Foster strong relationships with clients, agents, and industry professionals.

Requirements:
-Minimum 6 Months of experience as a real estate agent in Dubai

– Multilingual candidates preferred

– Have own car and UAE driving license with Rera certificate (Advantage)

– Exposure to social media & marketing

– Dubai enthusiast with market knowledge

– Patient, eager to learn & adapt to a fast-paced environment

– Strong communication & negotiation skills
