Maintenance Supervisor – PMV

Job Description

Supervises maintenance functions for the maintenance shop.
Oversees maintenance and repair of equipment, both in the shop and at the project sites.
Reviews employee training to ensure a skilled mechanic workforce.
Plan and organize Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) and delegate specific tasks to concerned section/mechanic.
Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
Coordinate with the transport officer to ensure that the Equipment Operators/Drivers are properly trained to operate the company’s fleet.
Study / forecast submit the additional manpower requirements of the Division.
Preventive maintenance should be done in the scheduled time in coordination with the production-related people to ensure that immediate eruption to production is avoided.
Manage and coordinate the demobilization of Company Equipment, vehicles, spare parts and miscellaneous service equipment
Ensures that all equipment is completely inspected at least once a year and is calibrated based on the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Qualification: The candidate shall be a B.E. or Diploma. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with the minimum of 7-10 years’ total experience out of which minimum of 3-5 Years’ experience (Gulf especially KSA) in the maintenance of plants, Vehicles, Equipment & Machineries related to the Construction Industry preferably in Oil & Gas.
Examples: Heavy Trucks, Trailers, Super Sucker, Hydro jetting Machines, Cranes, Wheel Loader, Excavators, Bundle Pullers etc.
