Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities: (Results this role is expected to accomplish)
1. Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) strategies to ensure product and service excellence.
2. Establish and enforce quality standards, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
3. Lead a team of QA/QC professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality measures into all phases of the product or project lifecycle.
5. Conduct thorough inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Design and execute quality control processes to monitor and verify product and service conformity.
7. Implement and manage a robust document control system for quality-related documentation.
8. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
9. Communicate quality expectations to suppliers, contractors, and internal teams, fostering a culture of quality consciousness.
10. Oversee the development and maintenance of quality assurance documentation and repots.
11. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
12. Collaborate with project managers to ensure that quality requirements are integrated into project plans and execution.
13. Stay current with industry trends, standards, and regulations relevant to QA/QC.
14. Conduct regular training sessions on quality procedures, standards, and best practices for staff.

1. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or architectural Engineering from an internationally recognized university.
2. To be successful in this role, you should have no less than 20 years of experience in project management with multi-site development expertise with a strong track record of completion and delivery.
3. Membership in an international project management association is preferred but not mandatory.
4. PMP certification is strongly preferred.
