Scheduler – PMV Maintenance

Job Description

Asset Deployment system (ADS) team member.

· Preparation of corrective, preventive, and breakdown maintenance Job orders manually in excel for eastern region.

· Daily Asset breakdown report updates in eastern region.

· Asset history file data updates and filing completed work orders.

· Performed PMS data update in excel file.

· Spare parts, food reimbursement summary preparation and submit to accounts.

· Preparation of assets weekly report.

· Asset Master updates in ADS.

· internal & rental asset request receives and prepare contracts through ADS system for all the projects and department.

· Allocate the internal & rental assets through contract and deployed to the project/department site as per ADS system.

· Internal & rental assets contracts amendments, shift assets to contracts as per the project/department utilization.

· Internal & rental assets timesheet validation and verification after uploaded by the project teams.

· Rental assets timesheet uploading in ERP.

· Internal & Rental Assets billing based on the utilization timesheet in ADS for all the projects & departments.

· Material Request ion (MR) for eastern and western region for maintenance through fusion material menu.

· OT summarization and upload in fusion time & attendance menu after approval.

· Uploading western region maintenance team overtime in fusion.

· Expert in Excel, Good Communication Skills

· Competitors experience is preferred in similar organization like ACT , FARIS, Expertise etc.

· Good knowledge in ERP/SAP Modules
