Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for pressure vessel fabrication, ensuring all milestones are met effectively.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to align on project timelines and deliverables.
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery and budget.
Monitor progress against the schedule, providing regular updates and forecasting potential delays to management.
Utilize advanced planning software and tools to optimize resource allocation and track project performance.
Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in project status and challenges.
Evaluate and implement improvements in planning processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss schedules, resource needs, and project updates with team members.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all planning activities related to pressure vessels.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is essential.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning or scheduling within the pressure vessel manufacturing sector.
Proven expertise in project management methodologies, with PMP certification highly desirable.
Strong familiarity with industry codes and standards such as ASME, API, and ISO essential for compliance.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create and manage schedules.
Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages being an asset for diverse teams.
Exceptional analytical skills to assess project schedules and identify potential issues proactively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality and safety in engineering processes.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive attitude.
