Desired Candidate Profile
Any Arab National
Bachelor of Science(Anthropology), Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent management and organizational development in a corporate setting.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the profession.
Experience in a similar industry, showcasing a deep understanding of sector-specific HR challenges and opportunities.
Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage in a diverse workplace.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels within the organization.
