Job Description
The Workshop Supervisor is in-charge of running the workshop which employs a large number of staff and handles a large volume of vehicles coming to the workshop. Hence the Workshop Supervisor is the key person to ensure high productivity and quality which will result in workshop profit, customer satisfaction and brand image.
What you will do:
Communication: Ensure effective communication with senior and subordinate staff for smooth operation of work shop floor.
Quality: Ensure quality work for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention by minimising repeat jobs hence increasing total workshop efficiency.
Training and Coaching: Provide moral support and occasional on-job assistance to build up confidence.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the shop floor.
Ensure technicians wear clean specified uniforms
Ensure technicians maintain good discipline (e.g. not shouting, smoking, wandering, littering etc.)
Ensuring that equipment is working properly
Ensuring proper use of tools and equipment ad safety gear.
Ensuring workshop floor is free of hazards e.g. Oil, Parts, Hoses, Wires on the floor
Ensuring staff (and customer) discipline, e.g. smoking on the shop floor, standing below the lift, not using wheel chocks etc.

Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering.
Write and Speak English fluently, is computer literate and possess driving skills.
Strong problem-solving skill and inter-personal skills
About the Team:
Reporting to Body Shop Manager, you will be an individual contributor and working in a busy Aftersales environment.
What Equips You For The Role:
3 to 5 years overall experience with automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role related with EV’s.
Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering.
