Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our presence in the UAE’s gym and fitness equipment market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of gym equipment, fitness trends, and the ability to sell to both commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities with gyms, fitness centers, hotels, real estate developers, and corporate wellness programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Generate leads through networking, cold calls, client visits, and industry events.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using the company’s range of gym and wellness equipment.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure long-term customer retention.
Sales Target & Market Analysis

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new fitness technologies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Administrative & Reporting

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Assist in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and after-sales service coordination.
