Job Description

Role:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair tasks as required.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests from tenants/management.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory required for maintenance tasks.

Criteria:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• English is a must, and Arabic will be an added advantage.
• Preferably Dubai based; must have a valid UAE Driver’s license.
