We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Brand Development Manager to join our fast-growing beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow the beauty brand strategically
• Lead and manage all marketing and brand development activities
• Build and scale a strong in-house marketing team
• Expand the brand’s presence across the GCC region
• Establish partnerships with key beauty retailers in the region
• Plan and execute brand events and activations
• Drive brand visibility and customer engagement
• Work independently and proactively to achieve growth goals

Requirements:
• Proven experience in brand development, ideally within the beauty industry
• Strong network and experience working with GCC beauty retailers
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
• Self-driven, organized, and passionate about beauty
