Job Description

Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications for Oracle HCM solutions.
Lead configuration of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements before deployment.
Collaborate with technical teams to design integration solutions that connect Oracle HCM with other enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and training materials for Oracle HCM implementations.
Analyze and resolve functional issues post-implementation, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruption to business operations.
Participate in change management initiatives, guiding clients through system updates and enhancements to Oracle HCM.
Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates and industry trends, bringing innovative solutions to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Any GCC National

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration

Any

Proven experience in implementing HCM solutions in various industries, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of taking initiative when needed.
Language – Must be native Arabic and must communicate well in English
