Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Sales Development:**
– Identify and target potential clients in the retail and hospitality sectors.
– Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

2. **Client Relationship Management:**
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
– Regularly visit clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.

3. **Product Knowledge & Promotion:**
– Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and their benefits.
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

4. **Sales Reporting:**
– Track sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
– Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
– Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
– Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the charcoal or related industry.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
