We are a UK-based company specializing in the wholesale distribution of nursery products. We take pride in our efficient supply chain management and delivering high-quality goods to retailers across the UK. As we continue to expand, our team is growing to support both our E-commerce and sales functions.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile Sales Administrator who will split their time evenly between managing our E-commerce platform and providing dedicated backend support to our sales team. The ideal candidate is well-organized, technologically adept, and capable of handling diverse administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations across both areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage our E-commerce platform by overseeing order processing, updating inventory, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain and monitor product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement online.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling documentation.
• Act as a personal assistant to the sales team, facilitating timely follow-ups, meeting coordination, and record keeping.
• Compile sales reports and assist with forecasting and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with other departments to align E-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives and support sales strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in sales administration and managing E-commerce platforms.
• Expertise in Odoo ERP or comparable order management systems (experience with Odoo is a must).
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to balance dual responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and other relevant sales support software.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working independently and in a remote team environment.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
