Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant/Cafe Management:
• Order Management: Oversee and send orders for the cafe, ensuring timely service and inventory management.
• Staff Scheduling & Administration: Manage staff schedules, coordinate with typing centers for visa renewals, handle leave applications, and manage leave pay for all staff.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain the food municipality platform for the cafe and ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality rules and guidelines.
Accounts Management:
• Payroll Processing: Manage payroll for all staff, including those working overseas, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Payment Processing: Process payments via bank transfers, card payments, or cash, and upload all invoices into the accounting system.
• Petty Cash: Maintain petty cash and provide regular reports as required.
Holiday Homes Management:
• Full Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of cleaners for holiday homes, ensuring timely check-ins and check-outs, maintenance guest coordination portal payments, booking management etc…
Personal Affairs:
• Miscellaneous Orders & Tasks: Assist with personal errands and orders for the family, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly. Such as reservations, visa applications bookings etc…
