Key Responsibilities:
• Handling corporate administration tasks, including company incorporation, liquidation, and ongoing corporate matters.
• Drafting corporate documents such as minutes, resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, registers, and correspondence.
• Liaising with agents, service providers, and government institutions in the UAE and internationally.
• Managing the execution, certification, and legalization of documents.
• Assisting with client due diligence during onboarding and throughout engagement.
• Maintaining and organizing client files, ensuring timely access to required documentation.
• Providing personal assistance to senior management, including scheduling meetings, travel coordination (visas, tickets, accommodation), and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Corporate Administrator and/or Personal Assistant.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
• UAE residency is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
