Position Overview: We are looking for a Female Host Cum Sales Executive who will be responsible for both administrative duties at the front desk and assisting with sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has an interest in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Live Streaming & Content Creation: Broadcast engaging, informative, and entertaining content on platforms . Stream live car reviews, walk-throughs, test drives, and promotional events.
Product Demonstrations: Highlight the features, benefits, and details of our hybrid cars, providing in-depth knowledge and demonstrations to potential buyers.
Customer Interaction: Engage with viewers during live streams by answering questions, discussing car features, financing options, and promotions, and driving sales leads.
Sales & Lead Conversion: Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads generated from streams, qualify them, and close sales. Assist customers in navigating the purchase process, from inquiry to delivery.
Social Media & Promotion: Promote upcoming sales events, special offers, and new arrivals across your social media channels, helping to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Building a Community: Foster a loyal audience of car enthusiasts and potential buyers, encouraging regular interaction and engagement through live streams and social media.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Assist the sales team by providing insights into customer preferences and feedback during live interactions, ensuring that their needs are met promptly.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Previous experience in reception or sales is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for customer service.
