Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Reservation and Tour Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the tourism industry within Oman, particularly in reservations, tour operations, and client coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and itineraries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage reservations for individual and group tours, including accommodation, transport, guides, and activities.
Coordinate daily tour operations with suppliers, drivers, guides, and clients.
Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and partners via email, phone, and in person.
Prepare and send customized itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and updates using the company’s system.
Liaise with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of travel services.
Monitor tour operations to ensure quality standards and resolve any issues promptly.
Assist with on-ground coordination when needed, especially for VIP or complex itineraries.
Provide after-sales service and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the tourism industry in Oman.
Strong understanding of Oman’s tourist destinations, logistics, and cultural etiquette.
Experience working with a Destination Management Company (DMC) is required.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Italian) is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in reservation systems, MS Office, and travel-related platforms.
Customer-service oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
A valid Omani driving license is a plus.
