Job Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in prime areas of Dubai.
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and client referrals.
• Conduct market research and property evaluations.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, legal requirements, and documentation.
• Coordinate property viewings and negotiate deals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate (Dubai market experience preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
