Job Description

Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Organize HSE training sessions and awareness programs for employees.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of all required reports.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
Promote a safety culture across all levels of the organization.
Manage waste disposal, pollution control, and other environmental initiatives.
Maintain documentation of safety drills, equipment inspections, and training records.
