Roles & Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in mobile phones (Android and iOS), laptops, desktops, and tablets.
Perform repairs including screen, battery, motherboard, charging ports, and other internal components.
Install, update, and configure operating systems and applications (Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS).
Conduct routine maintenance to improve device performance and prevent future issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of repair services and spare parts usage.
Provide technical advice to customers regarding repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized in accordance with safety protocols.
