Job Description

Oversee and coordinate electrical installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential hazards and ensure optimal performance.
Manage and schedule the work of electricians and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Review and approve project plans and specifications, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of electrical systems.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field is essential for a solid technical foundation.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in electrical supervision or a similar role is highly preferred.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent safety training are crucial for ensuring workplace safety.
Experience in managing large-scale electrical projects, with a proven track record of successful project completions.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce and clients.
Technical proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, circuit design, and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams while maintaining high standards of work quality.
