Job Description

Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical components and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Utilize precision measuring instruments and tools to assess dimensions, tolerances, and overall condition of mechanical parts.
Document inspection findings meticulously, preparing detailed reports that outline any deviations and recommended corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to address quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Review technical drawings and specifications to verify that all components meet design requirements before production.
Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) to evaluate material integrity without compromising the quality of the components.
Monitor and maintain inspection equipment, ensuring that all tools are calibrated and functioning correctly for accurate results.
Assist in the development and execution of inspection procedures and guidelines to enhance quality assurance processes.
Train and mentor junior inspectors in best practices and compliance standards to promote a culture of quality across the team.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in inspection technologies to improve inspection processes and methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Filipino, Any Nationality

Diploma, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

Any

· BS degree in Engineering plus a minimum of six (6) years of Mechanical Plant Equipment Inspection experience in the construction of Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon facilities.

OR

· Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of Mechanical Plant Equipment Inspection experience in the construction of Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon facilities.

· Resume reflected a good background and knowledge of codes such as American National Standards Institute (ANSI) B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 510, 570, 620 and 650, AWS D1.1, required for the execution of the WORK.
