Position Summary:

As an Entry-Level Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a large, well-established organisation. Working closely with hiring managers, you will help shape recruitment strategies and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with professionals in the industry.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and organised records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Internal Mandates: Support Lincoln AIM’s own hiring needs across various investment strategies.
• Networking & Business Development: Leverage existing client relationships and build new ones to drive business growth.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Align recruitment efforts with internal teams’ growth goals.
• Sales Focus: Represent and promote the firm’s capabilities with confidence and strong sales acumen.
