Job Description

Stakeholder Identification & Mapping
Identify all relevant stakeholders including government authorities, local communities, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies based on influence and impact analysis.
Communication & Relationship Management
Develop and implement stakeholder communication plans aligned with project milestones.
Act as the key point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
Organize stakeholder meetings, site visits, presentations, and public consultations as needed.
Government Liaison & Regulatory Support
Coordinate with government departments to secure necessary approvals, permits, and support.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and cultural expectations.
Support the project team with understanding and interpreting local policies and procedures.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution
Monitor stakeholder-related risks and provide early warning of potential challenges.
Manage complaints, disputes, or community concerns proactively and diplomatically.
Provide conflict resolution strategies to maintain project momentum.
Public Relations & Social Responsibility
Collaborate with the communications team on project branding and reputation management.
Lead local community outreach and CSR initiatives to foster goodwill and minimize opposition.
