Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the service center in a professional and friendly manner

Understand customer concerns and effectively communicate service options

Provide accurate information on vehicle maintenance, repair timelines, and pricing

Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service delivery

Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on services rendered

Handle customer complaints and provide swift, effective solutions

Upsell services and maintenance packages where appropriate

Keep records of client interactions and service history

Requirements:
Age: Between 25 to 35 years

Language: Fluent in English (any additional language is a plus – e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, etc.)

Experience: Automotive background or strong knowledge of vehicles is essential

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Well-presented and professional demeanor

Salary: AED 4,000 per month
