• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, property prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Conduct property listings, organize property viewings, and manage inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
• Negotiate property sale and rental agreements.
• Stay up-to-date with market conditions and best practices in real estate.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Mandatory Driving License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
• High level of commitment and a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in using real estate tools and platforms.
• A real estate agent or broker’s license is a plus, but not initially required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate.
