Job Description
1. Define and manage the AIG brand (in-house, corporate and regional) in line with AIG’s business strategy, mission, vision and strategic objectives.
2. Develop the annual marketing and communications plan in line with organizational strategy and requirements of internal departments at AIG.
3. Prepare, monitor and revise the annual marketing budget in order to ensure the implementation of all the marketing plans and activities.
4. Plan, execute and monitor AIG events in line with the annual events calendar.
5. Plan and spearhead marketing events and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaigns, including managing CSR partners and stakeholders, to strengthen AIG’s public relations and market presence.

Bachelor of Business Administration, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
Any
10+ years of relevant experience in Marketing and Communications, of which three to five years of experience are in a senior level position managing a marketing area.
Experience with print marketing and social media marketing is preferred; and Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field; master’s degree in business dministration is a plus.
