Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Secretary to support the CEO in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and be capable of managing administrative tasks with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, and suppliers.
Maintain organized records and filing systems for contracts, permits, project documents, and confidential company information.
Coordinate internal meetings and take minutes when required.
Assist with monitoring deadlines, project milestones, and follow-up tasks.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Support with project-related administrative needs as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or administrative professional.
Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Professional demeanor and strong sense of discretion.
