Job Description

A Real Estate company in Dubai is looking for Senior Property Executive who can join and has experience in Real Estate Property in UAE for more than 2 yrs.

Job Descriptions:

Candidate should know about how to do Property leasing, viewings, property handover, renewals and handling new tenants.
Candidate should know about Property Portals such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.
Fully command and control on Real Estate CRMs.
Should know ‘Trakheesi System’ that how to get various RERA Permit No.
Fluency in spoken and perfect written English
MS Word and Excel proficiency
Must currently be based in the UAE and available to join.

To Hire we require the following below:

1- Experienced in Real Estate leasing in Dubai.
2- Must carry UAE Driving License.
3- Having a Car is preferable
4-RERA holder (preferable).
