We are seeking a skilled project manager to lead a project specializing in security and safety within facilities, installations, and events.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Leading the security personnel recruitment project according to the scope of work and approved project timelines.
Monitor the daily performance of security teams and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Preparing progress reports, managing risks, and making recommendations to the Operations Manager.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure integrated performance between security, operations and management.
Supervising the distribution of resources and controlling the budget allocated to the project.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related administrative major.
PMP certification (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing operational projects.
Strong skills in leadership, planning, and dealing with large field teams.
