Job Description

Oversee the application of coatings to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality specifications, directly impacting product durability.
Develop and implement coating processes, optimizing operational efficiency while minimizing waste and maximizing output.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and materials, maintaining rigorous quality control to detect defects before they escalate.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align coating specifications with project requirements and timelines.
Maintain detailed records of coating applications, material usage, and maintenance operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Identify and troubleshoot coating application issues, employing problem-solving skills to rapidly restore production flow.
Manage inventory levels of coating materials and supplies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to coating materials, promoting sustainable practices within the workplace.

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred to ensure a strong foundational knowledge.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in coating applications within manufacturing or industrial settings to demonstrate expertise.
Certifications in coating technology or safety standards (e.g., NACE, SSPC) are highly regarded for credibility and knowledge.
Proficiency in using coating application equipment and understanding various coating types and their properties.
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve coating processes, with a keen eye for detail in inspections and quality control.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse teams and stakeholders.
