Job Description

To ensure that finished products conforms to specification.

1.2 To ensure quality related issues are addressed, corrected and prevented.

1.3 To establish procedures and programs to continually improve the quality and safety system of the plant/workshop.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Regular Duties

2.1.1 Preparation of Material Inspection report.

2.1.2 Cross checking of MTC with the materials.

2.1.3 Preparation of Dimension check.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any GCC National, Indian

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

Male

Bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering, or a related field is essential.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in QA/QC within the steel fabrication industry, showcasing a strong understanding of welding and materials science.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are highly preferred.
Experience working with international standards like ASME, ASTM, and ISO standards is a must.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Proven leadership qualities, with a track record of driving teams towards achieving quality excellence.
Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Willingness to travel to project sites and fabricating facilities as required, adhering to industry safety regulations.
Physical ability to conduct inspections in various environments, including heights and confined spaces, is necessary.
