Are you ready to take your real estate career to the next level at Skycrest Rrealty? We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Dubai’s real estate industry (Real Estate Developer experience is a plus).
Proven track record of sales in real estate industry.
Possess an in-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, excellent sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and goal orientated.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing high-value residential and commercial properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
Conduct site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups
Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and pricing
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team success

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate, sales, or customer relations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Pleasant personality and a passion for client servicing
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
Own vehicle preferred (not mandatory)
