Job Description

Bachelor of Business Administration

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition across various industries.
Proven track record of successfully filling roles in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR software to streamline recruitment processes.
Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a valuable asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to inform recruitment strategies.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
High level of adaptability and resilience in the face of changing recruitment demands.
