NOW HIRING: RSA Call Center Agent

Join our growing team! We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Call Center Agent for our Roadside Assistance (RSA) operations.

Services we handle:
Batteries, fuel delivery, jumpstarts, spare tyres, and more.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Strong problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of local areas and roads

Ability to assist customers and dispatch jobs efficiently

Understanding of various car types and RSA services (batteries, fuel delivery, jumpstarts, spare tyres)

Confident in selling services over the phone

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
