Manage housekeeping & service staff

Desired Candidate Profile
Any Arab National, Any GCC National
Secondary School, Bachelor of Hotel Management
Female
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels, resorts, private estates, or royal households
• Proven leadership skills in managing housekeeping, guest services, and service teams
• Strong understanding of high-end service standards, etiquette, and discretion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Culturally sensitive, well-groomed, and highly organized
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic schedules
• Willingness to work in a private palace environment
